Shipping time

We provide free shipping to all countries available. You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide, depending on your location. You can track your order via our Order Tracker.

During peak times fulfilling orders can take a couple days. The estimated delivery time:

Returns / Swap item(s)

It is possible to return or swap your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. If you would like to change your current item(s) for any other item(s) on our website, please contact us at info@bailey-amsterdam.com.

- Handmade collection item(s) are non-refundable.

Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our store. They must be returned in original conditions and packaging, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.

A return must be shipped with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.

• Send with your local carrier to our return address.

Cancelling order / Wrong adress

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 5 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to info@bailey-amsterdam.com.
